Return and Refund Policy – Slumber

At Slumber, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligible Items

  • Physical products (such as T-shirts and perfume): Must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Digital products (such as eBooks and audio books): All digital sales are final and non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.

How to Start a Return
Contact us at loraleehudes1382@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, please contact us within 30 days. Exchanges depend on availability.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital downloads (eBooks, audio books, Kindle files)

  • Used or washed apparel

  • Perfume that has been opened or used

  • Items marked as final sale

Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.
